Great service

What I like : - The material is highly satisfactory. - The plush is good quality, it is sewn beautifully. - Very soft and huggable - I love it. What I do not like : - The head is too big and heavy, it cannot sit upright. - The body is not sewn according to my references, it is all black under the shirt instead of black and white. - The plush I requested is only 2, and it is 60cm, so they cannot send a sample to me to make any fixes that I can pinpoint. (which I understand) - They are lack communication regarding the progress and update of the plush EXCEPT when I directly request for progress. The images they are shown are not in proper full body, so I cannot fully pinpoint the mistakes. - I cannot request for major changes or fixes because they are racing against time, when I see the mistakes it was already 10 - 5 days before shipping. It is my mistake for not requesting for full body, but I would appreciate if the supplier keep updating me their progress so I can pinpoint early.
